Cancellation Policy
Your appointment time is reserved just for you. A late cancellation or missed visit leaves availability in the practitioner’s schedule that could have been filled by another client.
As such, we require 24 hours notice for any cancellations or changes to your appointment. Please note that clients who provide less than 24 hours notice, or miss their appointment, will be charged a cancellation fee equivalent to the full session fee – except in the case of emergency.
With this in mind, if you are going to be more than 15 minutes late, please call to confirm availability.
