Join Mykayla Sorensen, Certified Yoga Teacher and Registered Acupuncturist for this 6-week series of Online Yoga combined with Acupressure.
Mykayla will guide you through a series of postures and pressure points to optimize fertility and hormonal health.
This program is suitable for anyone aiming to support a healthy menstrual cycle and posture modifications will be offered to anyone trying to conceive naturally or with ART.
